I am pleased to inform you that a group of colleagues have mooted the idea of creating an internal blog for us to share as a team here at Intralogic.
For those of you who may not be totally familiar with what a blog is (which prior to this, also included me!), a blog is like a "virtual notebook" where common members can share information and ideas around just about any topic. Unfortunately, in this country, blogs are more famous for individuals who like to spread stories, often laced with opinions and rumours.
I have however agreed that we can create a blog for members of Intralogic for the specific purpose of knowledge sharing. This blog can be accessed at www.teamintralogic.blogspot.com. The theme of this blog is 3E: Embrace, Empower & Expand.
This 3E weblog will be a good platform for our interactive “knowledge activities” of sharing knowledge, discussing thoughts and reflecting on ideas, experiences and things learnt. Knowledge shared on 3E is hoped to provide deeper understanding as it is written in a human voice, and presented in the context which conveys emotion and meaning. Additionally, conversations created through postings and comments made on 3E will allow us to know and each other better, understanding each other’s perspective.
My expectation is that all team members will participate in this knowledge sharing activity either by contributing new postings or providing feedbacks through the comments section. Topics are not confined to work related matters only. It can be of any topic that contributing members may want to share with the rest of the team like health tips, citing references or articles, journals of childhood days or anything of your interest.

Together we can nurture organizational learning as a part of our corporate culture, learning as much as we can; learning from each other. Treat this 3E weblog not just as knowledge exchange tool, but also as a form of communication and networking tool.
So let’s embrace our diversity and empower our minds beyond its limit in order to expand our individual and collective value/worth for a better prepared future.
Sincerely,
En Azman
